This lesson is fairly brief, which is good because if you're like me you don't have time for a long routine in the morning. It is easy to understand and the poses are all things almost anyone can do.
I'd also recommend Josh's Full Body Circuit lesson, which is great as well.

In this video, Josh does a great job at outlining a brief 10 min daily routine to stretch out your lower back. This will help the millions of bozos like myself who sit in a deskchair too much and consequently have a lot of tightness and pain in the lower back. The lesson takes you through a simple routine with 4 or 5 stretches, and as is apparent in all his lessons, josh knows what he's talking about.
While the content is good, this video could probably be a little better with a few simple improvements.
1. the sound was not nearly as good as on his other videos. Not sure if it was a problem with the mic or the location, but it was a little distracting.2. A little more explanation after each stretch and a recap would be nice. Josh focused on taking you directly through each stretch in immediate succession. But I think a brief stop between each to recap and explain what part of your back or body you just stretched out would be nice. A recap at the end of the video summarizing the stretches and order would also be helpful.
3. Lighting and warmup pants - Similar to the comment on sound, the lighting in this video did not seem to be on par with josh's others. It was a little dark at times, and this was exacerbated by the fact that Josh's blue warmup pants often blended in to the black background of the floor and walls. I think a location with some more natural light, and or some lighter or more contrasting workout clothes would help in a stretching video like this.
Again, all three of these suggestions are minor and much less important than the actual content. So, don't let it stop you from buying and benefitting from this lesson! Your back will be glad you did!
