I especially liked how Andy compared the houses.. those that had been upgraded vs the one on the market he was considering. That info was useful in comparing which houses will be the best deals. Having him pull up in front of each house instead of just talking about it held my interest. Loads of content packed into 15 minutes. I agree with the other reviewers that it would be fun and interesting to see other topics related to the flip process from start to finish... negotiating the deal, inspection, deciding what to upgrade and how, doing the work, staging the house for sale, etc. I'm ready for more!

Andy presents a checklist of things to think through when flipping. Seems like good advice. I'd love to hear a bit more on his background as well as some success/failure stories (as was mentioned in another review). Good stuff though, thanks for the tips.
