For those of us who don't want (or have the cash) to buy a fancy, motorized piece of exercise machinery, Mark is here to help! This lesson teaches you how to put together a simple slide board for a great aerobic workout for your inner & outter thighs and butt. I think I'll have to give this one a shot as a supplement to my running... no one knows their exercise equipment like Mark!

All Brands have good and bad equipment. It just depends on how much you pay.

Awwwwwesome! 07/24/2008

That looks super fun! And you did a great job explaining it all Mark! I can't wait to get $50 so I can make one myself! Hope your Martian party is out of this world!

Rock on!

I was laughing so hard at the end when you were out of breath man, very well done!! Surprising what you can do for so little cash!
If you were to buy a particular brand of machines for yourself, what would you choose? Or is it different for each type of machine?
