Great idea except for the end board attachment. I would use 2x4s flat or 4x4s cut at angle then attach to top of board instead of ends.

For those of us who don't want (or have the cash) to buy a fancy, motorized piece of exercise machinery, Mark is here to help! This lesson teaches you how to put together a simple slide board for a great aerobic workout for your inner & outter thighs and butt. I think I'll have to give this one a shot as a supplement to my running... no one knows their exercise equipment like Mark!
