Wow, I had no idea there was a "science" of singing. I love how gFire goes over the history of it.
Ancient breathing techniques were amazing to practice, surprisingly, for better posture. When I do these techniques I usually sit upright on my heels with my hands on my thighs and breath a little longer than gFire says to and it is very, very, very relaxing! I release my entire day's stress...or at least as much as I can!
