Tuval goes over how to cut through a whole chicken and cook it evenly on both sides in an oven, thoroughly clean your kitchen after cooking raw chicken, use a sifter to mash up boiled potatoes, add the boiled water that cooked the potatoes with some butter to make them taste extra good, appreciate the better taste of Kosher salt versus Morton salt, make Old and Crusty French Mashed Potatoes, use liquid chicken fat to make salad dressing, and properly cut herbs with a knife.

Cooking has always been my passion, so much so that I am now a student at prestigious culinary school. I love to cook and always thought it is a fun, fulfilling hobby and with mindbites I can share my creativity and knowledge with those who share my passion. I go over a lot of things, most of which here will be the quick, easy meals to prep for either yourself or guests that show up with little to no notice.
I hope that if you choose to watch my videos you will learn something new, and if you have something you want me to teach then by all means send me a message and I will go ahead and make a video for you and everyone else to enjoy.
Thank you very much for watching.

I had no idea that was how you cooked a whole chicken. My oven is so tiny that a whole chicken would never fit. But Tuval's method of chopping it into halves and broiling/baking both sides makes it fit. And his old crusty french mashed potatoes are delicious!
