My husband loves meatloaf, but I don't make it very often because it is fattening. This is a fantastic recipe with lots of ideas on how to lighten up your meatloaf, how to control the portions, different flavor ideas, and a great additional idea on how to make and store your meatloaf so that it can be heated quickly later. Thanks, Still Crafty After 50; I can't wait to see how my husband likes this one.
