This 83 minute advanced algebra lesson teaches how to solve radical equations (equations where the variable appears in the radicand, for example: the square root of (x+12)= 3 that results in a linear equation, or the square root of (x+4) + 8 = x, that result in a quadratic equation.

- cube root with one radical
- square root with two radicals, for example: square root (3x+1) + square root (x-1) = 6
