great instruction! this video shows in great detail all the basic info needed to throw a nice, effective backhand. the camera work is top notch, clear and easy to follow. anytime you can see ken climo's smooth backhand in slo-mo you know you're gonna learn from the best. also, avery jenkins roller footage is a neat added bonus.

it would also be nice if the the video was in a hi-def mode, especially when the video is in the large frame mode.

all in all, well worth the money spent!
