In this video Autumn, a long time co-op tenant, explains the basics of co-op living. She talks about the commons areas, the officers positions, the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. She then gives insight on how to choose a co-op and what to avoid while searching. This video would be great for anyone considering moving into a co-op or just needing good first hand information.

I swear if I saw this lesson while I was in school I would have moved into a Co-Op. This lesson really explained what it was like to actually live in Co-Op, delegate responsibility, common areas, lifestyle, etc. Very good lesson if you are interested in an alternative living situation.
