Making Your Own Baby Food

Most people purchase all the pureed foods for their infants, however, you can make your own baby food! Making food for your baby is very simple, fast, and cost-effective. It doesn't require any particular cooking skills, and can be done in about 10 minutes a week. The food is fresher and much better tasting than commercially produced baby foods. It is better for the environment, since it cuts down on packaging waste, better for your baby, because the food is more nutritious, and better for your budget, as it only costs pennies on the dollar of packaged food. You don't even need expensive kits, just the cooking tools you probably already own, and this video!

I can't believe you can make baby food so fast and for so much cheaper than store bought baby food. This definitely the way to go. Very easy step by step instructions on how to make basic baby food. Great lesson!

what a great way to make use of a normal blender and turn it into a baby food grinder! i'm impressed with how easy the recipe is to make baby food and hope to see more online.
