A quick and easy receipe to make delicious chocolate and butter cakes.
Just natural ingredients as fresh eggs, bitter dark chocolate, white sugar, and in less than 30 minutes and at very low cost you will have a different tea.break option that you can store up to 3/4 days or even freeze up to 3 months..
But usually these cakes don't last more than a couple of hours.. :D
I consider these kind of food "healthy" because of the absence of any arficial ingredients, as coloring, preserving or softeners stuff although it's made with butter, eggs and chocolate.. but I think this is much better of what you can find at the supermarket.. It's home made!! Guess how great can be your satisfaction? :D (and the money saved?) :D :D
I suggest to use an heavy duty mixer to do the tough job, although you can achieve the same result without.. it will be just a bit more "tiring".. :D
You can even cook these cakes for less time than I suggest, to get a warm and melty inside or cook the mixture in a single bigger mould to have a big choco & butter cake to stuff with all your favorite ingredients.. :D
Anyway, have a nice cake!! :D
