It's Positive! You're Pregnant! Well technically, you aren't pregnant. That would be a medical miracle. Your wife is pregnant. But you are expecting, too, in a way. You're not a dad yet - you're a DUE DAD...and you don't have a clue what to expect about paternity and being a new dad (in the long term) and having a pregnant wife in the short term. Don't panic.

In this lesson, First Trimester Part 2, the DadLabs dads (all experienced but not so distantly so that they don't know what you're going through and what you need to watch out for) talk you through all kinds of things, including:
- process
- supporting a pregnant woman
- side effects of pregnancy
- morning sickness
- cooking for her

Even though expecting a baby has nothing to do with football playoffs, grilling excellent steaks, margin calls, fuel injection, or cold brewskis, this series of DadLabs lessons will teach you what you need to know to get you safely and happily to that big 0th birthday:

A little Hokey, but true

When I'm pregnant, I'll have my husband watch these videos. They get a bit hokey at times, but are full of great information about pregnancy. After seeing a few of my friends go through varying degrees of difficulty during their pregnancies with varying levels of help from their husbands, I definitely want my husband involved and informed. These videos might be a good male perspective on pregnancy for him.
