My name is David Brown and I am a Senior Recruiter with the University of Southern California. This video was excellent and I feel will be an amazing resource for my searching of candidates. I have been more of an old school recruiter (i.e. pick up the phone) and have not delved as far into the digital realm as some of my colleagues, this tutorial gives me an access to take my AIRS training to a whole new level. I will use this extensively.
