Great beginning weights workout from excellent personal trainer

For those of you who'd like some professional instruction on a basic weight training routine, but either aren't in a position or aren't ready to work with a high dollar personal trainer, this video's for you. In this lesson, Shawn walks through a six exercise full-body basic workout from chest press to bicep curls to squats. The best part is that Shawn really concentrates on correct form and the details of how to perform each exercise. Finally, Shawn has an actual student in the video who is asking good questions that we all may be wanting to ask. The quality of the video is good not great. The downloaded version is better than the flash playback on the site. My only other complaint is that it feels slightly long at just under 20 minutes. But that being said, its full of great information. Great lesson Shawn!
