Lydia shows you how to make a painted card using stamps and a water color technique. This lesson uses water color paper as the base for the card, water proof ink for the outline of the image, and stamp refill ink for the water color paint. I am a paper arts instructor in Austin, TX. I have a weekly instructional art show on local TV where I demonstrate making simple cards and gifts with rubber stamps and accessories, using a variety of techniques and graphic design principles.
