About Rob Hughes

I am a London based musician writing and performing distinctive contemporary jazz. I play Tenor and Soprano Saxophone and the Flute.

I completed my debut album 'Butterfly' in 2006 and released a second album 'The London Experiment' in 2010. If you would like a copy of either album it is available on itunes.

I am the co-author of a play along book called 'Free To Solo' (published by Schott) which has been released in 2011. The book has been designed to develop your capacity to play on contemporary tunes. Written in contrasting styles, with an emphasis on having fun.
