This lesson is perfect for someone who wants to learn the basics for solving for x in log equations. He gives you specific sample problems and walks you through each step to find the X. He goes on to explain trickier problems as well such as logx 25 = -2. Very clear and informative lesson.

This is a great lesson because professor Burger talks about getting rid of square roots both on top of fractions and below fractions. He then goes on to explain how to get rid of each square root to rationalize the denominator in a step by step, easy to understand way. He explains how to clear a denominator for the radical in one easy step!

Professor Burger teaches you an easy way to solve a problem when dealing with logarithmic equation. He teaches the importance of checking your answers and illustrates how to easily combine all logs to solve the equation. He also explains the meaning of the exponent in logs. Very clear and informative. Really great for simple log problems.

What an amazing professor Burger! I never realized that you can graph polynomials with out using a graphing TI calculator! He explains how to sort problems in factor and non factor form and teaches you how to foil binomials. Nice length 17 minutes video to help thoroughly explain graphing polynomial functions.

This lesson explains the definition of exponential growth and decay. He goes on to explain the theory behind it and finally how to solve growth and decay problems. He shows many population models to explain how to solve growth and decay problems. Questions such as what is the population in 3 years, 4 years, etc. Great lesson!

Professor Burger teaches all the aspect of matrices. This particular lesson is a little bit more advanced form of matrices. He explains 2x2 matrices in another lesson. This lesson really helped me out in explaining the meaning of solving matrices. Thank you!

Professor Burger does a great job explaining how to find the inverse of a function.
At first I thought it would be very difficult to solve the inverse of a function but it turns out it is as easy as solving for y and x. He teaches how to find the inverse of functions with fractions and with negatives, he gives many different sample problems so you understand every possible way to solve an inverse of a function.
