In this four-lesson algebra series, Professor Burger will review decimals. We'll look at the basics of decimals as well as how to multiply and divide numbers that include decimals. We'll also look at percents and their relationship to decimals before turning our attention to conversion and how we can convert between fractions, percents and decimals.
Taught by Professor Edward Burger, this lesson was selected from a broader, comprehensive course, College Algebra. This course and others, including Pre-, Beginning, and Intermediate Algebra, are available from Thinkwell, Inc. The full College Algebra course can be found at http://www.thinkwell.com/student/product/collegealgebra. The full course covers equations and inequalities, relations and functions, polynomial and rational functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, systems of equations, conic sections and a variety of other AP algebra, advanced algebra and Algebra II topics.
