I have to confess that I'm not a fan of the elliptical, treadmill or stationary bike. Hence, when the rain comes down (and I don't feel like slogging out a workout in the rain), I love to get cardio in with the punching bag. Course, I inevitably overdo it and wake up the next day in pretty bad shape.
